Will you get more of a certain item?

Yes. If it's still listed on our website, that means we are doing our best to restock that item.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can, as long as it has not shipped yet. With that being said, the credit card company still charges us for the transaction. Because of this, you will be charged a 5% restocking fee. So, if you spent a $100 on a purchase you will only get $95 back.

When will my order ship?

Currently USPS does mail pick-ups on Monday and Thursday. Your order will ship on the following ship day. Orders placed on Monday or Thursday will only be guaranteed to ship that day if placed before 8:30 a.m.

Can I add to my existing order?

Currently, there is not a way to go back and combine orders with our system.
